A: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Japan Post temporarily suspended accepting our packages for some countries from April 2020. Please check our list of the countries we can send and see if your country is listed. If not, we are sorry but please wait for Japan Post to begin accepting our items when the pandemic is over.

Asian Countries: 
Taiwan, Vietnam, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand 

European Countries: 
Germany, Finland, Greenland, France, Netherlands, Iceland, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom, Monaco 

Oceania, North America, Central America, Middle, and Near East Countries: 
Canada

South American Countries: 
None
A: Please check the following country list we currently support for our services. We continue to expand the list as we are ready for our operations in those non-supported countries. 

We have added  "Chile", "Venezuela", and "Poland" to the list of our international shipping destinations on Mar. 10th, 2015.  Since we had to migrate to our new store system, not every country in the world is ready for shipping in our store system. We are adding them constantly but the process is painfully taking our time right now.

Since adding the shipping fee for each weight setting, each shipping method, and each county, it takes quite some time to fill the list and enter it to our system. Please be patient with us for more countries and we will do our best to manage it to your expectations.

    Hi, i’m Oliver from Denmark. From what i can see, my country is not a part of your shipping list. Is there a way to add it for whenever the pandemic is over?

    Hi I’m from Mexico and I know Mexico is a country you ship to but I was trying to and my address but Mexico was not in the selection of counties. I case you need to know I was trying to purchase use toys.
