Q: What kind of shipping methods are available?
A: There are 3 types:
- Registered SAL(Surface Air Lifted) : Most Economical & Delivery is 7 to 45 Days Allowed.

What is "Registered" meant?
This is a service that applies when the items accepted for delivery get damaged or lost. In such cases the actual damages will be paid in recompense within the range of the insured value stated by the sender at the moment of shipment. For more details, Visit Japan Post HERE.

What is "SAL" meant?
This is a service where international mail is handled as surface mail in both Japan and the destination country and as airmail between the two countries. The service is faster than surface mail while the cost is lower than airmail. For more details, Visit Japan Post HERE. -
Some Countries DO NOT support SAL.
Due to their circumstances, some countries do not support SAL service, our SAL shipping option does not appear in your shopping cart in this case. Please check the list of countries where SAL is supported at Japan Post site HERE. -
